These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zincir Online — the web app / PWA at [WEB_URL], the Android app on Google Play and, later, the iOS app on the App Store (together, the "Game"). The Game is provided by Tuğsan Koyuncu, [POSTAL_ADDRESS], Türkiye, [SUPPORT_EMAIL] ("we", "us").

By ticking the acceptance box when creating a profile (or, without a profile, by playing the Game), you accept these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Zincir Online is a free, turn-based chain-reaction strategy board game for 2–6 players. It includes private online rooms joined with an 8-character invite code or link, players sharing one phone, computer opponents in practice mode (easy / medium / hard), offline practice, game clocks, a leaderboard, in-session replays and two visual themes.

The Game is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time. The Game takes no payments and shows no ads (section 9).

2. Eligibility

You may use the Game if you are at least [AGE: 13] years old, or if you are younger and a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use. [DECISION: final minimum age.] If you live in a country where a higher age is required to consent to the processing of personal data, you need parental permission below that age.

3. Your profile and login code

• You can play practice and guest mode without a profile. Online rooms and the leaderboard require a profile.
• A profile consists of a display name and an icon. We do not require your email or a password to create a profile. Instead, the Game shows you a secret login code that lets you use your profile on other devices and delete it. If you later request manual review after losing the code, that separate request asks for a reply email.
• You are responsible for keeping your login code secret. Anyone with your code can use, change or delete your profile. If a device is still signed in, you can generate a new code. If both your code and session are lost, there is no automatic recovery. You can request manual review from the web deletion page, but ownership may be impossible to verify.
• You may not sell, transfer or share profiles, or create profiles in an automated way.

4. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

1. choose a display name that is offensive, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexual, impersonates another person, infringes others' rights, contains personal data of others (e.g. phone numbers) or advertising;
2. cheat, manipulate the leaderboard (e.g. by playing against your own extra profiles, colluding, or deliberately losing), or exploit bugs — please report bugs to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] instead;
3. use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, poll or send requests, other than the built-in computer opponents;
4. interfere with, overload, attack, probe or reverse-engineer the servers or the Game, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
5. try to access other players' profiles, sessions, login codes or rooms you were not invited to;
6. use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Play or App Store terms.

Room invitations: anyone who has a room code or invite link can join that room while it has free seats. Share codes only with people you want to play with.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Reporting names: players signed in with a profile can report another human player's display name with the Report ("Bildir") button next to that name on the room screen. A report stores the name as shown, the profile IDs of both sides where they exist, the reason (offensive / impersonation / other) and the time; you can report the same name once and file at most 20 reports per day. Reports are reviewed manually by us; no sanction is applied automatically. If you play as a guest, or to report any other abuse, contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Names are also checked automatically against a list of offensive words when you choose them; this check does not catch every offensive name and may occasionally reject an acceptable one, in which case choose another name or contact us. If you break these Terms, we may — proportionately and, where possible, after warning you — rename or reset your display name, remove you from the leaderboard, delete results obtained unfairly, suspend or delete your profile, or block access. Where the law requires, we will tell you the reason and you may contact us to dispute the decision.

6. Game data, leaderboard and rooms

• Rooms expire after 2 hours without activity, or after about 5 minutes once they are left empty or no player has connected for 5 minutes; unfinished matches are then lost. The number of rooms one network can keep open at the same time is limited.
• Only completed online matches between human players count towards the leaderboard; matches with bots, practice games and abandoned matches do not. You can turn off public visibility in Profile while retaining your results. The list of the top 50 visible players can be viewed by anyone using the Game.
• Replays are kept only in your open tab/app and are deleted on reload.
• We do not guarantee that results, statistics or the leaderboard will be preserved forever; we may reset them for technical or fairness reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its software, design, graphics, portraits, text and the "Zincir Online" name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Start and result cards display sayings with source labels; these labels do not establish verified attribution or usage rights. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You keep any rights you have in your display name. You grant us a free, worldwide licence to display it within the Game (rooms, leaderboard) for as long as your profile exists.

8. Availability

The Game is a hobby/indie project provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for a working service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Capacity is limited (for example, the number of simultaneous rooms) and connection problems may affect matches, clocks or results. We may suspend or discontinue the Game; if we discontinue it, we will give reasonable advance notice in the Game where possible.

9. Free of charge

The Game is free: there is no charge to download or play it or for any feature, and it shows no ads. If this ever changes, we will update these Terms and the store information in advance and announce the change in the Game before it takes effect.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, in particular liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection or the law of your country of residence.

Subject to that: because the Game is free, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost game progress, lost leaderboard positions, or losses caused by your disclosure of your login code, by other players, by your device or internet connection, or by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your profile in the Game (Profile → Hesabı sil) or at [WEB_URL]/delete-account.html. We may end or suspend your access under section 5, or if we discontinue the Game. Sections 7, 10 and 13 survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for legitimate reasons (e.g. new features, legal changes). We will inform you of material changes in the Game at least [NOTICE_PERIOD: 15 days] before they take effect. If you continue to use the Game after that date, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you may delete your profile.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts at your or our place of residence within the monetary limits set each year. Otherwise, the courts and enforcement offices of [CITY] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your country's courts.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor operator of the Game with notice to you.
